There are two ways to go about downsizing:
...to a "Concentrated Awesome" home
This involves closing up some rooms you no longer need or spaces that are difficult to reach. This kind of in-home downsizing helps to lighten your cleaning & maintenance load.
Every project has decluttering & organizing (see our Organizing page).
For a downsizing project, we can also:
- Make an inventory list of your special belongings as we go through them. This list can be used for insurance purposes and for making sure the items are passed along as you wish....either now or in the future.
- Take pictures of items you wish to remember, but that you don't want to take up physical space.
- Record the history of family heirlooms to preserve their legacy...we love to hear the stories.
- Schedule shorter session times depending on your energy level.
